Signs and Wonders?

Acts 2:18-20  18 Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.  19I will show wonders in the heaven above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke.  20The sun will be turned to darkness  and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord.

This fireball that screamed through earth's atmosphere September 22, 2010 could be seen above Santa Fe, NM and parts of Texas.  It is reported to be a giant meteor -
"I was out in my observatory," said Thomas Ashcraft. "I heard what I thought was thunder and assumed it was thunder." But there were no clouds in the sky. Then Ashcraft received a call from a fellow meteor watcher in El Paso, Tex. who had seen the fireball. Ashcraft hurried inside and rewound the video on the special "all sky" Sentinel video camera on loan to him from Sandia National Laboratory. "I saw I had it pretty well," he said.

The Iska River mysteriously disappears underground after an audible crack during the night, also on Sept 22, 2010.

Remember the Pioneer 10 spacecraft that left our solar system when it passed Pluto in the 1980's? For as of yet unknown reasons, the forward propulsion of Pioneer 10 and it's sister ship Pioneer 11 is being slowed in an almost resistive manner.  NASA scientists and planetary physicists are still unsure as to why.  Most speculation seems to be focused on a lack of gravity being the culprit since both ships are in a part of space that is unaffected by the gravitational pull of orbital planets.

Here is an article that addresses gravity control and the need for it.

Another reason could be a theory that I saw on PBS Channel that addresses the notion of a dimensional universe, each universe contained in a bubble, stacked side to side.

Talking with my wife last night , we brought up the idea that perhaps it is God.  Have we reached the limits, and He will not let us explore further? Or perhaps it's more than that, and the universe is not as infinite as we think.  God is a God of moderation after all, perhaps he only made so much.

Things are happening these days.  True, this is not the only time in history that there have been strange and seemingly supernatural events. The only difference is, more of the 'End-Time' prophecies have been fulfilled than in the past.  Every morning you wake up could be your last, be it your time or via the Rapture if you are saved by grace.

If you have not accepted Jesus as savior of your life, then you are taking risks with your eternal soul.  Accept Jesus, not for what He can do for your soul in the afterlife, but what He can do for your LIFE.

God Bless You All
